Wrote a negative review about Fireplace & Grill Center about a month ago concerning the gas logs we had installed over two years ago. Finally have a good outcome to report. After being advised by the owner called the store and talked with Bill, the General Manager. Reminded him of the problem with the gas starter. He came by the house on his way to work about 2 weeks ago and as soon as he came into the house could hear the gas logs pilot light at the front door (about 35' from the fireplace). He attempted to adjust the pilot without success. He called me back from the store and said he would send out one of their service/installation techs to replace my starter valve. Dan, the service tech, came by this morning and within about 15 minutes had it working well (silently). Hopefully this will be a permanent fix. Definitely recommend them.

The customer service is amazing at Gas Appliance Service. Although I don’t have a brand of gas fireplace they carry, they gave me contacts of who does; and gave suggestions of what to try to do before getting a service call placed. I wish I could have worked with them because of their help & customer graciousness!!

Dan is the man. Our gas fireplace was shutting off, he came out and in about 10 minutes fixed the install Spire had done and also provided basically a physics lesson on how thermocouplers work which was fantastic. Highly recommend this business.

I needed parts for a 30 year old MHP gas grill. Online parts were knock-off junk. Called them and all needed parts were in stock, fairly priced and original equipment for the grill. Great customer service! Highly recommended!

I bought some vented gas logs here and this place was great. They aren’t pushy at all, they are very knowledgeable about what they are selling and they don’t try to up sell everything to you. They are all about the customer and they helped us a lot. Great prices and friendly staff. 10/10 will be back again.

This company is great at what they do. Connie is awesome at explaining the pros and cons on each gas product they have. Within 5 minutes of speaking with her I knew I was in good hands. Thier install team ran pipes so perfect that it looks like the home was originally built with a gas fireplaces. I cant speak highly enough of everyone from sales to install. The value of having this all done right was well worth the price. I will come to them 1st from now on for any gas appliance needs.

We recently had vent free gas logs installed in both of our fireplaces and we couldn't be more pleased! I can't say enough nice things about gas appliance service. From the show room to scheduling the estimate and the install! Very professional, helpful, and efficient! The gas logs look fantastic and are so warm and toasty! We are doing some home improvements and working with a few vendors: none have been so headache free as these guys!
